SANYO DENKI CO., LTD. has expanded its SANMOTION R servo system lineup with new AC servo motors.
These motors are suitable for spring forming machines, PCB drilling machines, robots, and other devices that require agile movement.

Features

1. Industry-leading acceleration and deceleration*1

Industry’s leading peak torque of 18 N⋅m greatly shortens device acceleration and deceleration time, improving motor responsiveness.

2. High speed

Maximum speed has increased by 33%, achieving a speed of 6,000 min-1.*2 It contributes to shortening device takt time and improving productivity.

3. Large thrust with compact design

The center magnet type is 30% smaller, and the dual magnet type is 12% smaller than our conventional model*2. Moreover, the thrust densities of the center magnet type and the dual magnet type are 42% and 13% greater, respectively, compared with the same conventional model*2—which is the top in the industry*1.
